Resource Geologist – Bulk Sampling - Au/Ag

We are seeking a Resource Geologist focused on evaluating and defining near-surface gold/silver resources suitable for bulk sampling. This remote role emphasizes resource delineation and project execution. Occasional site visits to Canada, Australia, Southern Africa, and Latin America are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and build pipeline of gold/silver projects to identify near-surface resources amenable to bulk sampling.
 - Build and maintain 3D geological and grade models to support resource estimates.
 - Prepare technical resource reports to guide bulk sampling and mining decisions.
 - Coordinate with drilling teams to optimize infill drilling and sample collection strategies.
 - Define mining blocks, tonnage, and grade estimates for short-term extraction planning.
 - Maintain and validate geological databases with a strong focus on QA/QC.
 - Collaborate closely with mining engineers, metallurgists, and site teams.
 - Recommend project priorities based on grade, tonnage, and economic extraction potential.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology or a related field; Master’s degree an asset.
 - 5+ years of experience in resource geology, preferably with precious metal focus.
 - Strong background in resource modeling and grade control (Leapfrog, Surpac, or similar).
 - Proven experience supporting production or bulk sampling operations.
 - Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
 - Excellent communication and reporting skills.
 - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
 - Willingness to travel internationally for quarterly site visits.
